Drawing from over 23 years in high-tech program management and team leadership, Ray envisions fostering a community of collaborative businesses. This vision materializes through his role in BNI (Business Networking International), where he served as a Area Director / Director Consultant, aiding businesses in leveraging word-of-mouth networking for growth.

Ray’s career trajectory showcases his prowess, having held key roles such as Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Wasabi Systems, Director of Program Management at Flextronics Taiwan, and various managerial roles at Hewlett Packard, 3Com, and Compaq. His academic background includes a BSEE degree from the University of Bridgeport.
